Today, there are cookies again. Those are not necessarily Christmas Cookies, but yummie nevertheless :)
All you need is:
100 g butter
grated zest of 1 orange
150 g flour
75 g sugar
1 egg yolk
Knead it all together and refrigerate for half an hour.
Next, mix up
100 g white chocolate (melted) and
65 g orange preserve
Roll out the dough very thin, about 3 mm, cut out 4-cm-circles and bake on 200° C for about 6-8 minutes.
When the cookies have cooled down, spread some of the orange-chocolate cream on half of the cookies and sandwich with the other half.
Ready to eat :)
